Vishal has well equipped fabrication shops at Taloja and Umergam. A total of 8000 sq.m. of fabrication yard. A gantry and three EOT cranes upto 10 MT capacity. Plate bending machines upto 40 mm x 3000 mm at both works and a well equipped machine shop. It has competent and experienced engineers, technicians and qualified welders. Various cutting and welding procedures are available.Highly professional quality control procedures are followed to achieve total quality assurance programme. Vishal's factory is approved by Chief Controller of Explosives, Govt. of India for the fabrication pressure vessels as per SMPV (u) rules 1981.

With well equipped fabrication facilities, Vishal has built many transportable tanks and vessels at its works at Taloja and Umergam. More than 500 horizontal tanks and vessels of various sizes, pressure rating, materials etc. have been built in the factories.
